During my recent corporate retreat at the Hampton, I found it to be a commendable choice for business travelers looking for convenience and functionality. The hotel features a 24-hour business center, which allowed me to catch up on work seamlessly. With complimentary wired internet access, my remote working experience was efficient, while the express check-in and check-out processes minimized delays. Breakfast was indeed one of the highlights, offering a wide selection from scrambled eggs to gluten-free options, ensuring that all dietary preferences were considered. Barb, the breakfast attendant, was attentive and ensured everything was well-stocked – a nice touch for busy mornings. There were areas needing improvement. My request for room cleaning was overlooked, and the front desk staff could improve their customer service. The laundry facilities were lacking essential supplies for several days, causing inconvenience. The location is ideal, with numerous dining options nearby, including a Walmart across the street, which proves beneficial for extended stays. The indoor pool and fitness center were welcoming, allowing balance in a busy work schedule. While the Hampton presents a solid business environment, enhancing the staff's responsiveness could elevate the experience.
